What a perfect combination! On the 2th of April this year in Mondolfo, region Marche, there was organised “Spaghettata” a big town party where the spaghetti were prepared following the traditional recipe which is kept under the secret :))
Fantastic work was done and administration colaborated with the Omphalos, organising solidarity sport events. Everyone who wanted to take a part in these events could buy the tickets and money from the sold tickets went to help autistic children! I was impressed by the quantity of people who participated in this big idea. There were people of all ages, from diffrent backgrounds enjoying this fantastic day! I would like to say big thank to mayor Nicola Barbieri, Omphalos, Avis and technical sponsor Caraffa Sport for the huge work and organisation.
enjoying beautiful views…
all united together…
mayor Nicola Barbieri…
but we have to carry on….
we was going up and down…
still enjoying the views :))…
getting harder and not all arrived till the finish line in “on piece”….
courage!! finally we start to see destination point…
final point is achieved!!!
Best price ever!!!! Yammy!
How says the owner of this beer place, ‘good places should be discovered’! And he is damn right!!! It’s the most fun and “take it easy” place to discover.
If you are a great fan of good beer then pack your stuff and go to Italy to the small town called Gubbio and find the pub Don Navarro!! In Don Navarro you can experience fantastic local, worldwide famous beers and “taste of difference” beers. It’s a small pub with a lot to offer! I enjoyed the place, talked with super friendly owner and of course the beer. If I remember right, they have more then 18 beer variations!

Step 5. Buon Appetito
It’s classic recipe for a base of all kinds of Italian recipes. You can use them for fish, pasta, meat and vegetable dishes. Today I explain only this base recipe and next time I will show you to use it in practice!
