Stuffed Calamari. Calamari ripieni

Step 1.  Prepare bread crumbs ( recipe is in the previous post “Italian Breadcrumbs”)

Step 2.  Clean your calamari.

Step 3.  Fill your calamari with bread crumbs mixture, but don’t overfill,make sure they are soft. About 2-3 teaspoons for one, depends on the size of  calamaris.

Step 4.  Place on the tray with a little olive oil and bake in preheated 180 C oven for 10-15 min.

Step 5.  Buon Appetito

Baked Perch With Potatoes

Ingredients:

Half a perch

4-5  Potatoes

1  Red onion

3 Garlic cloves

8-10 Cherry tomatoes

Half tine of black olives

Olive oil

Rosemary

Salt

Black pepper

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 C
Step 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in any shapes you prefer
Step 3. Put some olive oil into baking tray and add the potatoes, onions, garlic and rosmary. Season to your taste.
Step 4. Put the tray in the oven for aprx. 15-min
Step 5. Slice the cherry tomatoes
Step 6. Take the potatoes out of the oven, put the perch on top, season with salt, pepper. Then add on top tomatoes, olives and rosemary.
      Step 7. Bake for another 20 min.
      Step 8. Buona appetito
      P.S. I would like to note this fish dish goes very well with white wine.
