New year, new me!!! I would like to announce that my blog had changed its name, now we are Fabbrica 32 instead of blacksheep me! We like new name more… It brings clearer idea of what we do, all my work is hand made, starting with a beauty industry, art objects making and finishing with a photo shots!

Italian Tiramisu Recipe

 

Without any pre story, I Want to share with you today a recipe one of the famous, number one dessert in Italy -Tiramisu.

You will need:      

Coffee

4 Fresh Eggs

500 g Mascarpone

250 g Tea Biscuits

4 tbsp Sugar

50 g Dark Chocolate

Step 1. Prepare very strong coffee

Step 2. Separate egg whites and whisk them till medium foam.

Step 3. Add the egg yolks and sugar. Keep whisk till the consistent  become creamy.

Step 4. Don’t worry if it’s too runny, it will harden in the fridge.

Step 5. Take your biscuits and coffee. Deep biscuits one buy one in the coffee and laid them on the deep tray near to each other.

Step 6. When the first coat done cover them with part of prepared cream.

Step 7. And carry on till all your biscuits is finished. It is important  to leave some cream to cover the top of Tiramisu.

Step 8. Grate the chocolate and spread it on top of Tiramisu.

Step 9. Put Tiramisu in the fridge to set, minimum for 2-3 hrs.

Step 10. Take out Tiramisu … .
